Fuel cell company to join AIM, raising GBP12.5 million

US fuels specialist IdaTech Inc is aiming to raise GBP 12.5 million in an initial public offering on the Alternative Investment Market in London.

The company has a number of fuel cells technologies that it is looking to apply in markets such as the provision of backup power for wireless and wired telecommunication network base stations, power for forklift trucks, backup and auxiliary power for recreational vehicles and applications in diesel emissions reduction.
