INESC TEC (the Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science) is
pleased to announce the first call for applications for its new International Visiting Researchers Programme. As a world leader in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), INESC TEC is seeking to attract ten outstanding researchers, including master’s and doctoral students, to spend up to three months working on topics at the cutting edge of ICT R&D which align with the organisation’s strategic interests and the researchers’ individual goals.

The programme will cover a number of the key domains within which INESC TEC is globally renowned for its excellence and expertise, including power and energy, networked intelligence systems, robotics and autonomous systems, industrial systems and engineering, and computer science. Applicants admitted to the scheme will benefit from an immersive experience in INESC TEC’s ecosystem to explore and develop collaborations in the institution’s fields of knowledge, engage in interdisciplinary and collaborative research with scientific peers and acquire and transfer new knowledge.
