CSC has decided to restrict the use of its data management and computing services for users from Russian organizations. Those services cannot be accessed by users in Russian organizations. The decision is based on COUNCIL REGULATION (EU) 2022/328 concerning sanctions in view of Russia's actions in Ukraine.
Furthermore, CSC services cannot be accessed from Russian IP addresses. This also applies situations, in which the user account itself is not within any sanctions. This means that CSC services can’t be used from Russian networks at all regardless of the user’s nationality.
This decision is valid for now. CSC will comply with the decisions and sanctions set by EU and Finland and will update all restrictions according this regulation.
