Spain is the biggest contributor to public-private research partnerships after upping its investment by 1,151% since Horizon 2020

Member state investment in Horizon Europe’s public-private partnerships is soaring, with Spain taking the lead as the biggest contributor to the joint research projects, according to the latest data.

In total, commitments from member states have reached €15 billion, or around five times the amount they put into Horizon 2020 partnerships. All countries have increased their shares apart from Romania, Slovakia, Luxembourg and Bulgaria.
