CEPI and the Gates Foundation are building a network of infectious disease modellers in the Global South. As a first step, they’re looking for experts to train the future networks of researchers.

The call for epidemic modellers from around the world is open to multidisciplinary teams with expertise in infectious disease modelling and public health until 15 January 2025.

The plan is to create a network for epidemic analysis and response, to be called the Global South leaders in Epidemic Analytics and Response Network, or GS LEARN.
