The University of Pisa announces call for application European Network of Design for Resilient Entrepreneurship

The University of Pisa opened the call for applications to participate in the ENDuRE programme, designed within Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliances, which will take place in Pisa from May 30th to June 11th 2016.

ENDuRE is:

  • Unique – made up from contributors in academia and industry from the UK, Italy and Denmark
  • In-house – 80 hours of seminars and practical activities for about 30 participants comprised of aspiring entrepreneurs, CEOs and founders
  • Real-time – our programme is made up of contributions from real entrepreneurs and experts.
  • From entrepreneurs to entrepreneurs – Your team can be selected and be hosted by a successful company from Denmark or United Kingdom, to spend 2 months in the company premises and get active field support

ENDuRE-Unipi is a 'hands-on' approach to improve the resilience of "hard science" startups.

We are looking for the best hard-science, manufacturing based innovations, i.e. those new products which require some physical testing (no mobile apps or similar kinds of innovative services), meeting one of these criteria:

  • Idea developed in entrepreneurship programs or BP competitions;
  • Idea patented (or filed);
  • Idea supported by a proof of concept (incl. crowdfunded projects)
  • Established start-up or company
  • Acknowledged (or under acknowledgement) university spin-off.

The opening event will take place on May 30th at the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Vinci, in the heart of Tuscany, to celebrate the main source of innovation: the brain!

Application deadline is April 30th.
