The ESADE Institute for Social Innovation has just launched its new blog, which seeks to bring to a wider public the activity and research undertaken by the Institute’s researchers in the areas of CSR, NGO management and leadership, and social entrepreneurship.
The blog is part of the ESADE Blogs project, which began in 2011 with the launch of the Law School’s thematic blog and over the coming months it will promote the development of new thematic blogs on global economy and geopolitics, entrepreneurship and development co-operation amongst others.
The mission of the ESADE Institute for Social Innovation, led by Ignasi Carreras, is to develop the skills of individuals and organisations in the business and non-profit sectors in order to strengthen their contribution to a fairer and more sustainable world on the basis of their specific activities. To do this the Institute conducts research, training and dissemination in different areas, such as corporate social responsibility, NGO management and leadership, and social entrepreneurship.
The Institute’s aim is to combine quality research enabling beneficial academic contributions with a positive transfer of knowledge capable of assuring a positive impact for social transformation.
The ESADE Blogs project was launched with the aim of reflecting the wealth of knowledge generated by ESADE and to give a voice to the experts that make up our institution to disseminate their opinions and points of view on current affairs, as well as the latest advances achieved in their respective areas of study at ESADE.
