Technology grant

Devgen NV of Gent, Belgium has been awarded a €900,000  technology grant from the Flanders government through the Institute for the Promotion of Innovation by Science and Technology in Flanders,to develop new targets and treatments for obesity.

The company’s work in the field centres on a novel class of kinase targets. It says IWT´s support for this program is very important not only from a funding perspective, but as an endorsement of the approach to obesity treatments.
