The Transport Research Knowledge Centre has relaunched its web portal, making it easier to access results of EU or nationally financed transport research.
Users can also access to links to national transport research institutions and professional organisations. The site also incorporates a data collection tool, allowing project coordinators to submit descriptions and results of their own projects.
TRKC, a project of the European Commission’s Directorate General for Energy and Transport, is funded under the Sixth Framework Programme. Its primary aim is to disseminate and promote the results of transport research, stimulating knowledge transfer within the ERA.
Currently, more than 5,500 projects are searchable on the TRKC web site.
