Industrifonden is joining with Eqvitec Technology Fund III in investing a total of SEK 40 million in eBuilder, which offers systems for business process integration under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The company has applications in logistics, purchasing and travel, and will use the new capital to accelerate its expansion.

The company’s services make software, processing and data storage available online, meaning clients do not have to make capital investments in computer hardware or software licenses. All users working on the same project can be linked in to a standardised system.

“Our clients obtain better control over their businesses and can quickly reduce travel, purchasing and logistics costs,” says eBuilder’s CEO, Bengt Wallentin. “With Industrifonden and Eqvitec Technology Fund as owners, we can shift to a higher gear in our international expansion.”
