ParisTech and City of Paris in innovation accord

ParisTech and the City of Paris have signed an accord in which they pledge to keep the university in the heart of the city and to work together on innovation projects.

The signing took place at Paris City Hall, in the presence of Bertrand Delanoë, Mayor of Paris, Jean-Louis Missika, Deputy Mayor responsible for Innovation, Research and Universities, Cyril van Effenterre, President of ParisTech and representatives of the schools of ParisTech.

ParisTech say that through this agreement, the City of Paris and ParisTech confirmed their mutual commitment to the university’s “metropolitan territorial roots”. The partners have agreed to coordinate their development, in particular to encourage the development of innovation projects and to promote economic recovery.
