The University of Twente is to take on some 30 new researchers in science and technology.  This recruitment drive reiterates its ambition to profile itself as a modern and entrepreneurial university. With student numbers increasing, UT needs to safeguard its outstanding educational provision and high-quality scientific research for the future. Funding for the positions has been secured under the National Sector Plans scheme.

RESEARCH BOOST

The new positions and the increase in research capacity will contribute towards greater diversity in the university’s academic workforce. In addition, they will encourage more co-operation between faculties.
