The committee comprised representatives of many of the participating research institutes and sponsors. It selected three finalists for each of six categories. The finalists were invited to join us in Zurich on 3 February 2011, to participate in the Academic Enterprise Day organised by Science|Business and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich). This booklet tells the story of 18 academic entrepreneurs.
