ComActivity secures investment of €4.3M

Funding round agreed

Software specialist ComActivity has raised €4.3 million from the Swedish VC Industrifonden and Via Venture Partners of Denmark, and agreed a further funding round of €2.15 million within the next 18 months from the same investors.

The money will fund the company’s expansion into continental Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

ComActivity is a specialist in the new service-oriented architecture that is currently sweeping the enterprise software market, with a promise to replace computer programming with open standards, metadata and reusable software modules.
