Ludgate Environmental Ltd, a new closed ended investment fund based in Jersey, is raising £20 million in a listing on AIM to raise a fund for investments in the environmental/cleantech sector.
The company says it plans to invest in by products and services that optimise the use of natural resources and/or reduce environmental impact in ways that enhance economic value.
