The Huawei 5G Demo Truck, which is open to the public at the SQUARE, Mont des Arts in Brussels on Monday 15 October 9am to 7pm, offers a first-hand experience of what a 5G-enabled Europe will look like. The roadshow includes live demos with Virtual Reality glasses and a drone as well as a guided tour of the concrete Huawei 5G products and solutions on show.

Visitors discover a technology that transforms virtually every aspect of our daily lives and unlocks new growth opportunities for European industries. The exhibition also provides opportunities for an exchange of views with Huawei experts to make this holistic transformation a success for Europe.

5G is now

“5G is setting in motion an unprecedented transformation process,” said Tony Graziano, Vice-President of Huawei’s Public Affairs and Communication Office in Brussels. “This digital revolution is already happening all around us: 5G is now. With this roadshow, we would like to involve everyone in the process, give Europeans a good idea of what’s going to change.”

“Today’s world is more connected than ever before. 5G will be everywhere, connecting everything and everyone.” said John Suffolk, Global Cyber Security and Privacy Officer at Huawei, who is among the experts who will be present at the Huawei 5G Demo Truck on Monday in Brussels.

5G networks will offer an unprecedented leap in performance in comparison to previous mobile networks, with the number of mobile connections expected to rise from 8 billion to 20 billion by 2025. 5G enables new industry applications including the connected car ecosystem, and numerous use cases in fields such as health, energy and manufacturing.
