The EU's flagships for industry/academic collaboration risk putting off researchers because the European Union won't fund more than 20 percent of overhead costs say research organisations.

The first call for research proposals in aeronautics and air transport under Framework Programme 7 has identified 36 highly projects that promise to bring greener, safer and more secure air transport.
