EIT Food’s “RisingFoodStars” for 2023 - young companies at the forefront of agrifood innovation – will be showcased at the Annual Event in Riga on 27 and 28 June.
EIT Food, a leading food innovation community, has identified 13 “RisingFoodStars” – scaleups that are aiming to build a future-fit food system that produces healthy and sustainable food for all. Drawn from a pool of exceptional startups, the final group of 13 organisations were selected for their potential to revolutionise the food system with sustainable practices, carbon zero farming, and novel protein diversification.
At the EIT Food Annual Event in Riga on 27 and 28 June, the scaleups will pitch to industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers, who will gain first hand insights into their potentially groundbreaking solutions and their readiness to scale on a global stage.
