Poland has set out a strategy for developing nanosciences prepared by 14 members of the Interdisciplinary Group for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology.

This is seen as a key area for investment in Poland’s rapidly growing economy. Although spending on R&D is increasing, it needs to be underpinned by strategic planning.

The report, “Strategy for the Reinforcement of Polish Research and Development Area in the Field of Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies”, is also part of the EU strategy in Nanotechnology.
