These updates are republished press releases and communications from members of the Science|Business Network

The University of Bologna has established a database dedicated to the expertise, infrastructure and services it can offer potential partners in COVID-19 related research.

The COVID-19 Research@UNIBO database is a repository for ideas, services and projects from across medicine and technology, to social sciences and economics, of research groups at the university.

The aim is to make external partners aware of the opportunities for collaboration. Via the database it is possible to identify research of interest and make direct contact with University of Bologna staff to start joint projects and develop ideas to address the COVID-19 crisis.

The COVID-19 pandemic sparked numerous research funding calls, at a regional, national and international level, and researchers at the University have been involved in more than 100 pandemic-related project proposals. As a result, there is broad expertise available to industry to carry out research on specific issues, and a number of solutions are available to address COVID-19 related needs of companies.

More details can be found here, while this brochure describes all the COVID-19 research at the University.
