A new network will give deep tech investors an inside track on companies that have won European Innovation Council backing
The European Innovation Council (EIC) Trusted Investors Network, launched in October, is giving the 71 venture capital funds which have signed up a significant inside track on the EIC’s pipeline of start-ups. In return, the investors have committed to do their best to put money into at least two EIC portfolio companies by 2030, and to encourage the companies they invest in to remain essentially European.
