European Research Council’s first Advanced Grants call to have lump sum funding is open until 29 August

Lump sum funding is said to be a simplification, but the learning curve for Horizon Europe applicants is steep. Over the last six months, the European Research Council (ERC) has been hard at work trying to communicate what the introduction of lump sum funding means for researchers, including a webinar held last week.
