The European Rare Diseases Research Alliance will launch its 2026 clinical trial call on July 1. Applicants are invited to submit proposals on all eligible rare diseases, but the alliance is particularly keen to see proposals focusing on paediatric rare diseases, rapidly progressive rare diseases and rare diseases that lack approved therapeutic options.
Consortia can be composed of universities and research institutes, hospitals and clinical centres, non-profit research organisations and foundations, patient advocacy organisations and SMEs.
