Funding round completed

UK automotive systems specialist Lysanda Ltd has closed a £1.3 million round to fund the further development of its vehicle emissions and wasted fuel monitoring technology, Eco-Log.

The Sustainable Technology Fund, launched this year by energy company E.ON and  managed by Curzon Park Capital, led this second round. Also investing alongside Curzon were VC firm LogiSpring and a number of private investors.

The Eco-Log system helps to reduce vehicle fleet running costs and minimise emissions by providing highly accurate data on fuel consumption and wastage.

The funding will enable Lysanda to take the technology to commercial rollout following successful trials with a number of corporate customers including a mail and express distribution company.

The £20 million Sustainable Technology Fund targets UK-based entrepreneurs seeking to develop sustainable technology products and services.
