EU and member states call for projects on six topics supporting the European Green Deal

Horizon Europe and a group of international research funders have launched a joint €39 million call for clean tech manufacturing research and innovation projects. The call consists of six topics and will fund transnational materials science projects that support the European Green Deal and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The six topics are:
- Materials for energy storage and distribution systems
- Materials for energy conversion
- Innovative surfaces, coatings and interfaces
