Cambridge Enterprise: Software entrepreneur Mike Lynch joins board

Cambridge University’s technology transfer office Cambridge Enterprise has announced that software entrepreneur Mike Lynch has joined its board.

Lynch is founder of the business intelligence software company Autonomy, the UK’s largest software company by market capitalisation and a member of the FTSE 100.

The company’s software enables the searching and processing of structured and unstructured information to provide the most relevant content.

Along with a number of advisory and board roles in the venture capital industry Lynch is also currently a non-executive director of the BBC.
