The proposal shows how regulatory sandboxes - collaborations between authorities and innovators - can become a tool in Sweden to allow new technology to be tested and brought to market more quickly. The report presents a proposal for a national structure for strategic sandboxes.
The aim is to enable new technology, ideas, products and services to be developed and tested in a controlled, real-world environment under the supervision of a competent public authority.
