Binarii Labs headquartered at NovaUCD in Dublin, a pioneer in sovereign-first, zero-trust data security, and an Enterprise Ireland client company, today announced a strategic distribution agreement for the Middle East with Amman-headquartered (opens in a new window)Trismart Group.

Under this agreement Trismart has been appointed as Binarii’s distributor for the Middle East, enabling delivery of the company’s patented platforms, including BinariiDSP, BinariiDSM, and CyqurPRO, to enterprise, government, financial, and infrastructure clients across the region.

Trismart, a leading systems integrator and cybersecurity provider operating across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, and Palestine, brings extensive experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, IT infrastructure, command-and-control platforms, and managed services.

Binarii Labs’ architecture, built on multi-location encryption, data fragmentation, and blockchain-based Proof-of-Record, aligns seamlessly with Trismart’s commitment to delivering turnkey, regulation-ready, future-proof security solutions.

This agreement empowers clients to regain absolute sovereign control over their unstructured data, ensuring that every file is encrypted, fragmented, and distributed across three user-owned storage locations. This provides continuous, uninterrupted access, even during breaches or cloud outages, eliminating single points of failure.

Ciarán McNamee, Co-Founder and CBDO, Binarii Labs, said, “Aligning with a regionally trusted leader like Trismart fast-tracks our mission to deliver sovereign-first data protection across the Middle East. With their deep sector expertise and long-standing client relationships, we can accelerate adoption of our patented technology, offering seamless integration, continuous access, and provable trust for every data action.”

Abdallah Haj Deeb Saken, CEO, Trismart Group, said, “This agreement marks a new chapter in Trismart’s evolution. As organisations across MENA strengthen their digital infrastructure, the demand for sovereign, resilient data control is rapidly accelerating. Binarii Labs’ zero-trust platform perfectly complements our one-stop security philosophy, giving clients the ability to maintain control, prove compliance, and ensure operational continuity at all times.”

Under this agreement, Trismart will deploy and support BinariiDSP, BinariiDSM, and CyqurPRO across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Each solution integrates seamlessly into existing workflows via secure, scalable APIs, removing implementation friction while strengthening data protection and compliance.

Every user interaction, from uploads and downloads to secure file sharing, is immutably recorded via Binarii Labs’ blockchain-based Proof-of-Record, ensuring a tamper-proof audit trail of every single data activity. This transparency is critical for clients navigating regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, PDPL, and the Cybersecurity & Resilience Framework (CS&RF) in the region.

Trismart will now launch targeted roll-outs across banking, government, telecommunications, infrastructure, and healthcare, leveraging its managed services infrastructure and regional command centres.
