In December 2019, members of the Science|Business Network's Cloud Consultation Group and invited guests met to discuss how to connect the new European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) with similar initiatives elsewhere in the world. This report is based partly on those discussions, but is ultimately a product of Science|Business. The views expressed herein do not necessarily reflect those of
