The EC has published a non-confidential version of the ruling that Intel broke antitrust rules by excluding competitors from the market for x86 computer chips.

Intel is to invest over €50 million in a major expansion at its Research and Development facility in County Clare, Ireland, creating up to 134 new jobs.

Intel is closing its only research lab outside the US as part of a global restructuring plan. The Cambridge lab will shut next month.
