Science|Business is a leading media and communications company specialised in EU research and innovation (R&I) policy matters. We are looking for an experienced part-time or full-time project manager to lead important health policy projects.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Leading and planning the execution of healthcare projects. Activities include public events (in Brussels and other EU major cities), reports and an online communication campaign (including podcasts, a blog, social media)
  • Managing client/stakeholder relations
  • Expanding the portfolio of partners/sponsors in specific projects
  • Coordinating with the other team members involved
  • Managing project-based budgets
  • Maintaining relevant databases, mailing lists and CRM content

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in public affairs or consultancy in the field of healthcare policy
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of EU healthcare policy and regulation (both at EU and national level) and some knowledge of the research & innovation policy landscape
  • A track record in managing client/stakeholder relationship, meeting client expectations and maintaining high quality activities and products
  • A demonstrated record of end-to-end project management
  • Fully fluent in English (native or equivalent)
  • Excellent communicator, both written and orally
  • Ability to win new business
  • Flexible, adaptable, good team worker
