The EUREKA Innovest Programme (E!nnoVest) supports innovative SMEs seeking private investment by taking them through a tailor-made process to become investment ready. The most promising SMEs are promoted towards the investment community and matched up with international investors. Three weeks before the end of the deadline, already 170 companies registered to the programme.

What’s coming up?

In March, EUREKA partners EBAN and EBN host business and investment academies in Dresden, Lisbon, Ljubljana and Lund. Attending companies can get assistance in developing their business plan and meet and pitch to a panel of coaches experienced in investment readiness and fund raising. The academies prepare E!nnoVest participants for the E!nnoVest Venture Forum and for other investment matching events later during the year.

Registration

General registration to E!nnoVest will be open until 1st April 2017. The programme is open to all SMEs having participated in EUREKA projects (EUREKA Network projects, Eurostars and Clusters) as well as to all SMEs from Denmark, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden and Switzerland. Participation is free of charge.

Next steps:  review of applications, one2one mentoring and E!nnoVest venture forum

Once the registration closed, company profiles are being reviewed according to their business potential, team experience, technology merit, competitive position, investment interest and profile quality. The companies will be ranked and the top 30-40 will be invited to participate in the E!nnoVest Venture Forum (18 & 19 May 2017) which is taking place during the EUREKA Innovation Week in Barcelona.

Top companies will also receive one2one mentoring to further support them in securing investment.
